Technical:

As the Head of Data Science Research the role included:

• Design, creation, modification, and maintenance of the NLP Modules.
• Coding End-To-End ML-NLP experiment pipeline on Azure.
• Data Strategy and Annotations Lead with SMEs.

Managerial:

• Lead Data Annotation effort for creation and maintenance of quality data for NLP model building.
• Lead work and team of research Data Scientists. Delegate work to reportees and provide visibility of overall work to the stakeholders.

Training and Educational:

• Create and Support Training Academy work with new materials and Capstone projects.
• Create customer facing documentations for NLP Modules.
• Documentation of work and support best practices for documentation.
• Onboarding and Training of new hires into the Company Data Science Research group.
• Develop and groom reportees to achieve assigned business objectives.

Experience Working with Terminologies: SNOMED, ICD9, ICD10, RXNorm, LOINC, NcIt.

Experienced in building Hybrid intelligent systems (Rule Based + ML Based)

Value Added: Created End-To-End ML-NLP experiment pipeline on Azure.
